That appears to be something in the RTA-12a/b/c series of speakers and it appears to have the Peerless tweeters in them. Nice set of speakers from what I remember. There used to be an easily accessible parts list section on the Polk site but the link doesn't seem to work right anymore.

Those are definitely RTA12's, and probably the A or B versions. Check the fuses in the crossovers and swap drivers between left and right units first to make sure you are replacing parts that are actually broken.

Those are the rta-12a. The drivers are the mw-6500 mid woofers and the peerless tweeters. Excellent sounding polks.

they are the RTA12as.. you can tell by the shorter cabinets and the vertical tweeter orientation. the RTA12B/Cs are taller.

Peerless tweeters no the less. Those tweeters are very sought out.

Please. Please contact me a ben62670 @ yahoo.com. Make sure to include who you are, and you are from Polk so I don't delete your email. Also I am now physically unable to work on any projects. If you need help let these guys know. There are many people who will help if you let them know where you are.
    Thanks
    Ben
