got my new speakers, should I.....

I got my Polk Momo MMC 690 6"x9" 3-way Speakers Had my custom brace go from ok to falling apart allowing me to only install one of them today...and wow. I bought these to replace my 4 in JL audios up front and my system is now 20 times better no exaggeration (I know the size of the speaker makes a big difference) and I only have one speaker installed. Can't wait to get the other one in tomorrow.
However any opinions on if you think 4 speakers 2 JL audio 6x9's and 2 Polk 6x9s will sound better all getting 40 watts or should I bridge 100 watts to the two front polks rated to run at 100 watts.
To bridge I have to figure out what my buddies uncle did under my dash I remember him saying he spliced some wires together to use factory wiring to power the front speakers from the back. I figured out what he did(in my head)....but when I go into the under dash I can't find where he did it.

Better yet, run the MMC690's bi-amped. Run the front channels of the amp thru the crossover to the tweeters and run the rear channels of the amp straight to the mid. This way you can fine tune the output of the tweeter. I ran my MMC690's off the exact same Alpine amp bi-amped like this and it worked great!

Maybe right now its a balance problem but, with 100 watts up front "rear fill" isn't doing it for me also it forces me to turn the gain way down on the front speakers. So I think I'll be looking into a bigger amp doing 60 watt rms on four channels (I can get a JBL for 100 bucks) or is the 20 watts not worth it, should i keep working on the tunning with the bridge engaged. Also the reason I say 60 watt rms is because my rear speakers are rated for 60 rms and fronts are for 100.
