I am not looking for video so much as audio. It seem to have the same specs SACD wise. $105 seems like a no brainer. No?

I have gone through the reviews, and as a budget player jump on it. Very good video wise, but the Marantz kills it in dynamics. Not to scare anyone away from it, but it is just not for an audio nut like me.

This is one of the players that can have macroblocking problems, so be careful what display you use it with. That's an excellent price though. Oppo must be discontinuing it or something.

Ben. Grab one if you can. Thats a great player at a great price. I bought one new and loved it. Its SACD playback was almost on par with my Jolida JD100 playing redbooks. Amost but not quite, The Jolida was still better. But for a little over a $100.00 how could you go wrong.

I ordered a DV-980HD Monday night. My son told me I should wait and try to get one off WOOT. I told him that there was no way Oppo products would ever be on WOOT...
