First I'd like to say thanks to everyone who has sent condonlances prayers and positive messages durring my son and mine's recent traumatic events. It really did help both me and my son John. John is doing remarkably well. I'm somewhat more stressed with all the details, cleanups, change of living situation etc. etc. but I'm still in positive spirits. John and I will leave on Thursday morning for a 10 day vacation to northern British Columbia, Edmonton (West Edmonton Mall), and down through the Canadian Rockies. I've allways wanted to do this trip as a tourist. I've been through the Rockies several times on my way to some place but never stopped to really enjoy their true splendour. We will also stop at the Columbian Ice Fields which in recent times have shrunk dramatically. Scientists predict in 50 years it will be gone completely. It should be a magnificant trip with no TV's, internet, cell phones, just him me and fun. We had planned this trip even before the tragedy of his mother's death and really see no reason to cancel. I think it will be the perfect way to transition into our new full time life together. See you all when we get back. And once again thankyou to you all for your amazing words of encouragement. God bless.
Kelvin
