    Default Cabinet for DB6500s

Has anyone tried building cabinets for any of the polk car audio separates? I've got a pair of DB6500s collecting dust in my basement, and I'm contemplating making a pair of bookshelf speakers out of them.

Any thoughts on enclosure size, porting, etc would be welcome. Thanks!

Roughly a cubic foot box with a 1.5 inch x 4 port would be a good start. You could play with the port to get it where you want it.

Please. Please contact me a ben62670 @ yahoo.com. Make sure to include who you are, and you are from Polk so I don't delete your email. Also I am now physically unable to work on any projects. If you need help let these guys know. There are many people who will help if you let them know where you are.
    Thanks
    Ben
