Amp recommendations for B&W in wall speakers

Basically I am doing my B&W Signature 7s absolutely no justice by using an old Sony AVR. I sprung for the speakers a while back and only lightly used them for TV audio playback and have been lagging in regard to giving them proper power due to many other projects going on, which is a shame. As of recently I have been listening to much more music in my bedroom and while I am fairly happy with the performance I know the Sony AVR is drastically holding the S7s back. I figure I could use the Sony as a pre as far as switching sources and then concentrate on good, clean, separate power.

The music to movie/TV ratio would almost be split down the middle but 95% of the time would be played at very moderate levels. If I had to chose one over the other, music reproduction would be it. Any recommendations of power below $500, preferably cheaper if possible, since they are almost never pushed to remotely aggressive levels, would be highly appreciated. With that said, I am open to all and any recommendations as well as any info you all can bestow upon me.
