    Intro price of ~$1300 IIRC. If it looks any better than their old models, I'll give it a consideration.

    ok.. but I hope soundwise is more important to you than looks are. A lot of their gear isn't going to win any beauty contests for sure. but value is what and sound are what most people are looking for. i know I am. ;)

    I'll shell out a few more bucks for the looks and sound. If the piece was behind closed doors, I wouldn't care.

    I just looked up their 970, it actually isn't as bad as remembered Outlaw gear to look like (NADish). I'll definitely put this on my list to shop when the time comes (soon).
