Hello all! I have a front speaker that has the abbility to take the base and vocals seperate or I can bridge them together.
I also have an 2500 watt amp ( 600 Stereo I think ) that I run to them useing the pre outs on my reciver.
What I would like to do is take the bridge away and have the amp push the base while the reciver pushes the vocals, because the vocals are just to loud for me to enjoy. I want more base. I have the Onyko 805s, perhaps there is a way to turn down the vocals and turn the base up? I mean I messed with the tribble thing and the base but if I turn down the trebbile I get a dual sound ( duh ) I just want a quiter vocal while turning up the base gives me clipping on the cones! which I think is not clipping but to much base for a little cone speaker. Sounds like a pice of paper fluttering in the wind during base notes.
Okay the pre-out Front speakers and the front speaker out on the back of the amp can both put out sound, it does work. If its not good for the reciver please let me know! I dont want to blow it or anything. Any help would be great. If you need a picture let me konw ILl get it.
