    I don't have a clue..

I need to find a name for him by tomorrow because I have to fill out his paper work to have him registered or something..... He is a Champion Blood line, full bloodied pointer, AKC yada yada yada. And I have to have a name picked out for him to complete his paper work. I don't fully understand all of it. But bottom line he needs a name by tomorrow.

Cute little guy! Make sure your cables aren't exposed. They love to chew while they are teething. Enjoy him.

He'll be trained to hunt. So I think Chase will fit him nicely.

I wasn't going to train him to hunt. But while I met with the breeder today. He had another dog on hand that he was training and it was extremely neat to see the dog do what it was bread for. I was very moved by it to say the least.

    He's German...Call him Adolf. :p

jk Nick. Those are great dogs. Give him lots of chewies so he doesn't knaw up those newly finished LSi's. Enjoy each other.

He'll stay pretty much the same. Except he'll get a little bit darker as his spots get bigger and darker.

There born without any spots at all. Just white and liver.

Naming pedigreed dogs is complicated! You have to work in the name of the Kennel that he came from as well as whatever you want to call him. But it will be worth it since you would be able to show him & also use him for a stud.

Nice, a friend of mine has a GSP, and with a little training, these dogs are incredible obedient. Very well trained, etc. Looks awfully cute!

You are absolutely right. I have been learning a little more about the naming process for a pedigreed dog. And it is a little more complicated than I thought.

I didn't hear about the part of adding the kennel name in. But I heard I need to pick a unlike name. Because most likely a common name will be taken by somebody else.

The name of the Mother was Fantastic Freckles

The Dads name was Big Foot Boomer.

So I was thinking something like Chase Freckles Boomer.

Hmm, I think if you could get away with that name, but its a lot to spill out I think.

When I hear the name Chase, I think of a credit card.

    How about Boomer Freckles Cook?

    Hmmm

I don't know... I've already started calling him chase.

Nice suggestion though. I'll give it some thought.
