TCi questions

Good Evening,

I am about to get 4 TCi 60s for front and surrounds, however, I have a few questions.

First - I would like to do the CS10 center channel, however, my TV is mounted above the mantel and there is only around 5" of clearance. Moving the TV is not an option at this point. I was looking at the RM8 which would fit wonderfully, however, I am worried about the Timbre match. Will the timbre match between the TCi60 in ceilings and the RM8 center? If not is there another small center channel speaker that will match?

Second - What is a good match for a subwoofer with these speakers? I was thinking the PSW10.

After some further reading I guess I am stuck with the RTi series for timbre matching with the TCi 60s. Any other thoughts maybe on a different brand center speaker that may timbre match and be < 5" tall?

I would go with a 5th TC60i and install it strait above the TV in the ceiling if you can not do an in-wall. The sound from these are good for HT but for music they some what suck. RTi8's a mount a shelf under the TV and a CSi5 and enjoy.

For Sub's the new Polks are good but for the money look at SVS or HSU you can't go wrong. I have the VTF2-MK3 and it's just WOW!
