Default Chinese dude on eBay for a motherboard?

Feedback for a ebay computer guy in China; he's got great responses, but do you think it's smart/okay to order a motherboard from China?

Here's the MB I'm looking at.

y not just buy it from Newegg and call it a day. By the time u pay for shipping you'll be over a hundred some off bucks anyway.

I've bought tons of electronics from China. Last thing I got was a new battery for a Dell laptop. The people apologized in advance that since they had Olympics going on, customs would be inspecting everything going out, so it may take longer.

Believe me, they've got selling stuff to Americans down pat.
