    It's not really a video but there's just something about a nice minuet to take the edge off of "one of those days".

    Master and Commander wa son again this morning and it killed my morning 'cause I couldn't stop watching it. It's an excellent movie and I think the only thing that trumps the movie itself is the soundtrack!

    Needless to say, been listening to it for the past couple of hours. This one stuck with me today:



    It's an excerpt from Boccherini's "La Musica Notturna Delle Strade Di Madrid No. 6, Op. 30"

    I wish they would make more movies. There are 20 books in the Patrick O'Brian's Aubrey/Maturin series. I'm currently on book 10, "The Far Side of the World", which is what the movie is loosely based on.

    Per the director, Peter Weir, in 2005 said, "I think that while it did well... ish at the box office, it didn't generate that monstrous, rapid income that provokes a sequel."
