    Huh!

I didn't enjoy the cd at all. Not my cup of tea, I guess.

    To each is own.

I'm a HUGE LZ fan and it was great to hear his matured voice. I don't think what I'm mentioning is what you're thinking of. It was a live set from Nashville with world class musicians abound. Including T-Bone Burnett, who played and produced the program. Had great takes on "Black Dog" and "When the Levee Breaks"

I saw that a few weeks ago at one of my friends houses...I'd have to agree with you, it was awesome. I've always been a big fan of the Led...and it's cool to hear Plants voice now. It's really developed a lot...

Oh yeah, I think you're right, ND13. I'm referring to their album, I think it's called "Raising Sand." Came out to good reviews but did nothing for me.

    & I'm a LZ & Krauss fan.

I grew up listening to LZ and I love Alison Krauss' voice but the combo just doesn't work for me. I thought that maybe it was just a matter of expectations but, no it just doesn't work.

Some odd combs do work however. Willie Nelson & Wynton Marsalis "Two Men With The Blues" is fantastic. (in my opinion anyway).

During the video, he wasn't overpowering her voice as would likely be expected. The soundman was great.

I'll try to find out if it's on again. I think it was a CMT Soundstage show that was played in HD on Paladia.
