    Post I need front speakers!!!

I am looking for a used pair of polk speakers i can use as fronts.. I am currently using some old sony speakers that are just ok, but not good enough. I have been considering the TSi 500, 400 or M70, 60, 50

What is the rest of your system? The receiver/amp, center and surrounds if any?

Get some vintage Polk Audio SDA speakers if you have the room. Most are very large.
You can search this site for more info and particular models.

Buy the way, what kind of amp/receiver are you going to be using?

If you want to match the CS300 perfectly, you should really be looking for some of the older RT range (RT35, RT55 would do great), and they will be cheaper too. Anything from $100-200 roughly.

These specs are from the RTi range, but they are identical in the RT manual (I have both the RT35 and RT55, and have verified this). The 35 are very good, especially for HT. The 55 are fabulous, if you can fit them in, and if you can provide good amplification IMO. My RT55 only woke up when I purchased a NAD receiver. With harman/kardon and Emotiva separates, the RT35 would have been just as good IMO for HT.

The RTi A5s are powerful floorstanders that will move you.

The LSi7 are well-mannered bookshelves that will cultivate your ear.

Either way, both are under $400 from Polk's store, and both are wonderful deals.
