What matter here is they won. Bottom line they got in on the skin of there teeth and now they have a shot. They already beat the Giants this year in New Jersey so there is no reason they can't do it again.

But the Eagles didn't make it this far. They got in to the playoffs by the luck of the gods. Their record speaks for itself and the fact that their star, pro-bowl, 10-year veteran QB "didn't know" a regular season game could end tied just shows they don't have what it takes. The only reason they were there is because every other team that beat them already screwed up. That's not really something to be proud of. Winning a wild card slot by default. But hey, Eagles fans gotta take what they can get, ya know?

Today's playoff game was the Battle of The Suck. Both teams are not playoff material. They advance to the Giants (who deserve to be in the playoffs) because they beat the best team from the worst division in the NFC. Whoop-dee-doo. They still gotta get through the Giants and if they manage that, Carolina or Arizona await and both are equally capable.

If the Eagles do, by some chance, get to the Super Bowl, any one of the teams left in the AFC can hand the Eagles their ass on a silver platter.

McNabb played like crap. I've never seen a guy screw up more plays. If it wasn't for Asante Samuel and the one great play by Westbrook (and his blockers) it would have been a different story. If McNabb plays like that at New York they'll get their asses kicked royally.

No, the Cowboys beat themselves. So did the Bucs and so did the Bears. The Eagles lost their season when they tied Cincinnati. That tie kept them out of the playoffs on their own merits. They got in by dumb luck. So many "if's and butt's" had to pan out for the lackluster Eagles to have any hope that the odds were stacked drastically against them. And honestly, in the last game, the Eagles didn't play that well against the Cowboys. The Cowboys just played that much worse with allowing 5 turnovers and 4 sacks while racking up 4 penalties for 41 yards. The Eagles, in their win only managed 303 total yards with a possession time of 30:55. That's pretty on par with the Cowboys 298 total yards and 29:05 worth of possession time. The Cowboys beat themselves with mistakes and turnovers.

Go ahead, ride high on the fact that the Eagles beat the best of the worst. They are going to have a tough haul against the Giants and if they get passed them, they still have to go through Carolina or Arizona and both teams are hot right now. But even if the Eagles go to the show, they can't beat any of the AFC teams left right now.

The Cowboys lost because the Eagles defense played very well in term of

1. causing turn over
2. scoring with the turnover

The problem with the Eagles is their offense. They can't consistently generate points. The defense has played well throughout the years. Their only problem is not being able to consistently get point of out turnover. Yes, the defense need to get point for the turnover because they can't rely on the offense to do it.

For this week game, both Giants and Eagles have good defense and a shaky offense. Giant do have a great RB but you can't count on just one player.

Look at the last few Super Bowl winner. The defense was the deciding factor and I don't see it being any different this year.

Last time I was at pats I had fat all along the side of the meat. our right though, I have never had a good steak outside of this area. At luke's I tend to go for the pork or a good cutlet sandwich though.
Jim's on south is good, We have a Jim's near my house in Delaware county and it's just not the same.
