Tsi100 Blown Tweeter?

I have a pair of great Polk TSi100 Speakers that I use in college with a Sony str-dg500 amp. Recently I came back home and when I hooked up the speakers with the amp I noticed that one of the speakers has become muffled. It was not damaged when I was moving it, But it seems the tweeter has been blown. I tested it with a different amp and wiring but it still sounds muffled no matter what.

What could be causing this? I believe the only thing that will make this happen is a blown tweeter. Is there any way to fix this? I can't just buy 1 more of these speakers easily..

First sniff the tweeter, see/smell if it smells burnt. Next, take the tweeter out with an Allen/hex wrench and check to see if the wires fell out. You can then test the tweeter on its own by temporarily unhooking its wires and connecting the tweeter to your stereo- as if it was its own speaker.

If the tweeter does not function- it can be replaced on its own.

Okay i'm doing that now, It does smell a little burnt. Were would I find a replacement tweeter?

EDIT: connections are good, So it must be dead. Where can I get a replacement?
