    Default Looking for a Mortgage Calculator

    I'm looking for a mortgage calculator, but not one that calculates monthly payments based on a total amount, but one that will calculate the total amount based on monthly payments, term and interest rate. Not looking for anything fancy, just something to give a quick guesstament.
    Any response would be appreciated.

    you can google mortgage calculater. or go to office max and get a texas instrument...real estate calculator;) you can do anything with it..mine has dust on it...i've been out of the mortgage industry for awhile...house hunting now, tho...gotta blow the dust off:p

    Actually CPA firm websites are a good source for these types of calculators. We (like most firms) license them (commonly from TValue) to post on our sites. Also, excel can do all these calculations but it is not as user friendly.

    Karl's Mortgage Calculator is by far my fav, it allows input of insurance, taxes, and prepayments. Very nice. :D
