Currently i'm running the CS400i for the center channel in my HT system. Will the sound improvement be worth purchasing the LSiC and another Outlaw amp to power it? or should i stay with the current setup? Thanks for your thoughts in advance......

In terms of creating a more seamless front soundstage, yes, the LSiC will be a significant improvement.
The LSi series is often described as more laid-back sounding vs. the more forward RTi/CSi series.

I've tried the LSiC and the CSiA6 with the LSi15 or LSi25 fronts and both sound good to me in that situation. In the case of the CSiA6, I actually moved the LSiC to a rear center position and kept the CSiA6 as the front center.
I can't comment on the CSi400. Do you find it lacking compared with the LSi15's?
The CSiA6 and the CS400i are almost identical sonically and by driver configuration.

Based on your current system, yes it will be more of an appropriate match.
