I just wonder if any of you tried to seal the PSW1000. I am listening to music like 90% so I do not care much about HT. I guess it will produce better bass for music but I may be wrong. Thanks for all inputs.

If a subwoofer is designed with a port, that's how it will sound its best. You can always try though; stuff the port with a towel or whatever you have handy and see if you like it.
