I've been thinking of getting my DIY panels silkscreened, but procrastination has been holding me back on that one.

    But then again, I'm a bachelor....suckers!

I'm married and my two channel system with room treatments is in our living room.;)

What does it cost to have them silkscreened?

I purchased from GIK, plain panels though since I already have a few pictures on my walls. I'm getting two 6" deep panels and 4 4" deep panels. I also purchased some plants to help camouflage them. :D

Wow face those panels look really cool!!!

    I really like these:

I just walked into my living room and I was talking to my wife that was in the other room and all I heard were echoes in the living since all my panels are now off the walls and at my new house. The difference without the panels is night and day.

I'm sure they can do it for you.

Here's a place where you can upload your jpg and they will weave you new fabric and the design will be in the fabric. this is not an iron-on transfer.

Those panels look like something Vern might fung shwei?? with. I did the Flower Power thing in the 60's.

They would drive me nuts after a very short time, I would like some with rabbits on them, the hot chick rabbit bugs chased with his heart pounding out of his chest and a Betty Boop would do it as well.

Ok, 4 of the 6 panels are up and I've noticed a subtle improvement, nothing night and day. So far I have a Monster Bass Trap(6" deep) in each of the far corners and two 244's(4") on the back wall behind the listening position. When I remove the SRS 2's from this room, I'll put the other two 244's behind my speakers.

I have a question though, how long till the stink goes away? It stinks like glue in here!

Mike, when you say the far corners, are you talking about the front corners behind the speakers? I had alot of bass build up there, no surprise, and have the front heavily trapped. The rear corners are next for me.

Just think of the smell as that "new car" aroma!

Good deal Mike, you should damp the wall behind the speakers as you intend, but I would not wait.

Now, as far as the smell, the best thing to do is mix a little fish oil in with it, you will immediately notice a rather pungent smell wafting your way you should be far more familiar with, use caution as your body may display certain physical changes.

Yes, behind the speakers. I can't trap the rear corners due to the shape of the room, but it's already starting to look like a recording studio in here.

I opened the windows for a little bit, it's not as bad but I still smell the glue. Luckily I have a little city of tubes glowing to help keep things warm in here. Hopefully the glue smell will be gone in a few days.

As for pics, I'll work on it...

LOL Ted! Maybe I'll steal some incense from work or just brew another pot of Starbucks instead.

    Eh, here we go.

The plant in the left corner will replace the SDA and I plan on getting another plant for the right SDA's place. :D

After installing the final two panels(front center), the room calmed down a lot. I believe those two made the biggest difference. Imaging tightened up and highs mellowed out, maybe even a little too much. I will listen to some other tunes when I get a chance later or tomorrow.

And yes, I realize those speakers look like hell right now. :D

    Thank you!

That's part of the crossover. :D I'm still tweaking them, I should be buttoning them up in the next couple of weeks. They're ugly as sin, but they disappear like nobody's business(even better with the lights out). ;)

Face- That's a beautiful setup you've got there. I'm digging the Alex Grey artwork. I have the same one that you have on the left side of the picture, plus a couple other ones as well.

I really like that coffee table as well.
