    Default wiring 2 subs

Question: If I have 2 PSW10 subs with only 1 sub out on my AVR, what is the best way to hook this up? Im assuming a "Y" splitter? Thanks in advance!

Hopefully, your sub supports pre-amp in, so take the front pre-amps of the AVR and send it to the sub. Then take the pre-amp out off the sub and run it to the pre-amp in on the second sub.

If you are running your front pre-amps to an amp then the amp should have output connectors for just this reason. This is how my sub is wired, off the pre-amp out on the amp.

Get a 1 male to 2 female Y-adapter, and a coax cable from each side of the Y to the two subs, and you'll be in business.

Now that i have my 2nd psw10, where should the second one be placed, the first is in the front next to the R50.

There will probably be a number of opinions on this one. But I would 'start' with front placement, one on either side of the L/R fronts. And see what the base sounds like from there.

    Hi Knuck.

Don't hesitate to experiment with placement.

I recommend you try stacking one atop the other. Works like a charm for my 2Sony 10" by 100w.
