    Question FXi A6/A4

    Hi
I need a small, but important, piece of information and i was hoping someone on here could help. What are the wall mounting options for the polk audio fxi a6 and a4 speakers? Do they come with mounting brackets or am i going to have to buy some separately? Also, where could i find a compatible 3 and 1/2 foot stand for those speakers?

I cant seem to find mounting/stand info for these speakers anywhere actually.... with my odd room design i think i will have to put one on a stand for sure. BUT i would prefer to mount the other 3 to the wall. I'm going for a 7.1 setup with 4 polk audio fxi a6s or a4s. I've already got the 12'' sub, csi-a6, and rti-a5s. My next purchase are the 4 surrounds.

Thanks in advance for any help/suggestions on mounting and/or stands

    Jeff

The FXi A speakers have an "Integrated Keyhole Slot for wall mounting".

    Welcome to club polk.

All the FXI, FXI A series have the same bracket on the back with the key hole slot.

There are a couple pairs of FXi A6's on Polk Direct right now, with a "Buy It Now" price of $349.

thanks for the replies everyone! tool rules, i love your handle TOOLFORLIFEFAN! the only band ive ever loved!

anyways, i don't have pictures of my room yet, b/c my house is in the process of being built! but its 2 rooms combined (not separated by a wall); living and dining. and there is no other alternative for the side right speaker than to put it on a stand. both back surrounds and side left speakers can be hung on walls though. Thats great news, i was hoping there was a way to mount them!

i am, though, having trouble picturing what key hole slots are. Would someone, possible take a picture of them? I just want to get a good idea...im kinda planning ahead right now b/c the house is less than 4 months away from being done.

and i haven't completely decided on the a6's yet, i may still go with a4's. are they worth the extra $100? Polk recomends both to go with my current setup...
