my new MP3 player for the gym

Ok.. i wanted something really inexpensive for the gym work outs... and I hate transferring music files from my computer to an MP3 player... so I thought i'd try this out. http://go.shopsansa.com/content/slotplayer

Sansa slotplayer i got for $20 and i bought some music on a mini SD media card. just insert the card into the slot on the side of the slotplayer and press play.. no downloading needed.. i'm up and running in about 5 seconds. it's fun stuff to play with.. yeah the player is a POS, but the sound is ok. but when I'm pumping he man iron, i really don't care about the quality.

I also got some new earphones too.. bass is unreal from these things.. wow.. I had no idea.. you could build a subwoofer into earphones. :p ;) :D

sounds ok for the gym. I just like the fact that instead of downloading from ITunes or buying a physical CD, now I just buy these mini SD cards. about the size of a dime. I guess it's 1gig. half of the mini SD card has the music on it.. and the other half is reserved for me to put on any other music I want to. kind of cool.

yeah I know 1gig is not much space for music.. but really.. do you need 120 gigs of music for the gym? ONly if you plan on being there for the next 3 yrs nonstop :p
