    Default Help with Lsi25

Last night the power went out a couple times and the last time it did it there was a loud pop from the right channel and now the sub dosent seem to work the light is on for the amp on the back of the speaker but no bass. It was working fine before that so I dont know what happened. I do have everything plugged into a power conditioner. Any help would be appricated.
    Thanks

Click the support tab above, let them know you are a forum member. Polk CS is excellent.

It sounds like your Monster 3600 failed to protect ypour sub. I'm pretty sure Monster Inc has some kind of warranty covering this.

In the event of a power spike or surge, the Monster's fuse module is supposed to shut everything dowm before the spike has a chance to reach anything that is plugged into the Monster. After that, the Monster won't work until you get the module replaced, which Moster Inc is supposed to do for free.

wouldn't the light on the front of the monster show that there is a problem? Everything seems to be the same as it was.
