    Default B'more customer service

    I had the fortune to speak with Helen in customer service early this morning.

    Anytime one considers calling customer service, one does not know what to expect.

    Well, rest assured, Helen is most cordial, polite and affable.

    I've dealt with Helen over email before. She was very helpful and answered all of my questions very promptly.

    I spent 22+ years in sales and marketing so I've been exposed to many different companies all over the USA. The people at Polk Audio are as good as it gets.

    Yeah it seems like polk audio has some of the best customer service around. HUGE selling point to me...that and the great prices.
