    Good lord, those are massive. I though my K701's were huge. Any idea on price?

    They are an excellent set of cans. With those you really need to factor in another $500+ on an amp, really closer to $900 or so to get something along the lines of a SimglePower...

    I wonder if they will be like the HD600's on pricing strategy. They came out at full price for the first year then pretty quickly dropped by 1/3rd. I could deal with $900 or so for a pair of these.

    I'm waiting for the Flavor Of The Month effect to wear off.
    There was supposed to be one at the Dallas meet, but
    an advance shipment of 20 magically disappeared.
    The rest have been delayed. The first years production has
    already been sold.

    I'd have to dump my 650's and the Stax stuff to get one.
    And at this point, I want real reviews from people who aren't

    Anyone want to say it? ...... no? ....... ok I will ..... they are as ugly as trash can covers stuck to a garbage man's head.

    But Im sure they sound gorgeous ;) Ill be sticking to my Senn HD650s for now.
