    Default VM10 Glass broken

    I want to know anyone had same experience as I do. My VM serious arrived yesterday so I set it up right away then play for it for the whole night. This morning when I wake up looking at one of the VM10 which is interesting the tempered glass base it totally broken in piece. don't know what happen. My suspicious since the speaker is located in the most open side of the living room so the coefficient of expansion if the screw and the glass is different which cause that break? Or I turn the screw too tight? Or just I am so luck to get a defective tempered glass (I doubt it). I have no idea. Any one had the same experience as I do. I live in CA so the temp shouldn't be that extreme. I see tempered glass store front everywhere. Any one had any clue?

    I have ordered the set after I talked to you (in e-mail) few days ago. The whole set has no problem except this VM10

    am I the only person in this entire forums had this unfortunate event? So that is a pretty good news. It just either a particular bad glass or I am really unlucky.

    Not sure if you called Polk already but I received a PSW-1000 with a broken bass port called polk on a monday had the part shipped to my house by friday no questions asked excellent customer service.

    Great now my life is getting more and more fun. After I shipped the RMA back to newegg, now they have a back order so they refunded one of the VM10 to me and now I have an extra don't know what to do with it so I called them and ask what's the deal so since they are pretty nice they can offer a deal for me to send my other VM10 back to them no cost and I can get a pair TSI200 for 299.99 with 50ucks discount (which actually there some where cheaper online I can get) however I hope the VM serious can crossover with the TSI serious. This is really killing me.
