Ted, first off that is a nice clean looking rig. Very Nice!
I have a quick q for ya though... Have you tried to move the 800i's further apart and perhaps put the sub next to the tv?
Just from what I have experienced the 800i's really give a good stereo image when moved apart and toed in to the sweet spot. Just a thought while your playing around.

I did the toe in thing with the 70's i have and it does sound good, the 70's are just the updated 800's... my sub is kitty corner in the right corner of my room up front and seems to do better angled in the corner rather than straight forward..

Wally....calibration will be done by Eliab at Avical.com....I have read alot about his calibrations over at home theater spot.com...he actually is a moderator for the Toshiba section...if you call him ,let him know that I refered you....I`ll let you know how it goes in March...H bomb...never tried that set up...I`ll do it tonight when I get home...thanks for the tip
Nice rig. Ditto HBomb - my 800's are 10 feet apart and toed in - they image very well and the soundstage is solid with no drop out in the middle. Give it a try!Originally posted by HBombToo
