Hello again guys.
After extensive research about the Dual KW-120 THX and Dual PB-13 Ultra I came to a conclusion (after seeing numerous charts and reviews) that the PB-13 Ultra is better than the KW-120.
If you compare the subs from frequency 20Hz+, they are practically the same. But if you compare them from 20Hz down, then you see the magic in the PB-13 Ultra.
Therefore if you are looking for the dynamic punchy bass of the KW-120s but you want also the extra deep deep bass of 10-20Hz, then go for the Dual PB-13 Ultras.
This is of course my personal opinion based on the research I have done.

Ordered the DUAL PB-13 Ultras today. Hopefully they will arrive in a week's time. Will let you know my feedback after installation.
What calibration methods did you use for the Ultras ? Spl meter ?
Cheers guys ! and thanks for the input !
Trying out Different Audio Cables is a Religious Affair. You don't discuss it with anyone.
In addition, it's a little easier for me to get a flatter response in the 15hz mode. 20hz in a smaller room like mine is very dynamic, but I get an even higher shelf below 35hz that's hard to tame with the PEQ. That tends to make things sound a bit bottom heavy. I prefer an even response where the bass above 50hz, the slam, as well as, where it's musical is just as prominent as the deep stuff.

Hello guys !!! I got the Dual PB13 ULTRAS finally !! Awesome hehehe :-)
After 2 whole days playing around positioning the subs (extremely heavy), finally got a nearly even response from 20HZ to 80HZ by placing them in the middle of the side walls. I preferred the 20Hz mode cause few movies go below 20Hz.
I suggest to all owners of Dual PB13s to do the same if you want the low and mid bass on the same level - you can enjoy both music & movies fully !! Infact if you see the article on audioholics, they say the same thing:
http://www.audioholics.com/tweaks/ge...-calibration-1
For a single PB13 Ultra, it is ideally placed in the front corner, maybe 30-40 cms away from the wall. Corner placed subs peak mostly in 30-35Hz which you can tame by PEQ or Audyssey Multi EQ.
With all the new subs coming out and new seal design, the Ultra-13 still
remains one of the best for it's size and price!
