Default Buy the TXSR607 now or later?

The price for the 607 is 374 right now... I'm not gonna use it til September/October, should I buy now? Or do you guys think the price would be lower if I wait

I have never owned an Onkyo, but the stats look pretty good. It also has 6 hdmi imputs. You won't be driving 4 ohm speakers with it but depending on your intended use, it looks good. Some other more knowledgable people will likely chime in. I would imagine the price won't drop much.

Gonna be hooked to tsi300's, tsi200's, cs20 and a psw125, mainly for gaming/music/movies, might as well buy the thing now while its that low, I dont see it getting any lower, I'd rather get the 706, but thatsa big jump in price.

I'd think about a refurb Onkyo 706; 499 including shipping from www.accessories4less.com They are Onkyo certified units that carry a one year instead of 2 year warranty? I should add that I've never bought from them. But it might be worth a look since that unit gives you the all important pre-outs for future upgrades...a bit more power and, for what its worth THX Select2.

Onkyo also has its own Shop Onkyo on its site where it sells reconditioned units sometimes....I've bought from them and never had a problem! But you may have to WAIT for a deal there!
