I would find the part number and do an online search....
You probably won;t find exact replacements so you're going to have to find something close to those specs and most importantly will fit (size wise) in the current space. It's always recommended to replace with higher ratings vs lower ratings when you can't find an exact replacement. Usually it's a size or terminal issue, not so much the electrical characteristics.

Do you need long leads, or will a snap in cap do it? Below are two that could work.
