    Default Room dimension calculator

I just found a room calculator to determine relative dimensions of a room which will sound good. Sorry if its been posted before.

Cool; it says my room has "good dimensions". I wish it included a "speakers and listening position" chart to reduce the guessing work.

My room is slightly out of the good dimensions, you can tell too. The calculator tells me I need a wider room. My ears were telling me the same thing a few months ago when I moved the speakers as wide as I could get them and wished I could have gone wider.

That's pretty cool....and very much in line with the HT guy whose showroom system I had a chance to listen to...his was about 10' x 19' x about 14' with all walls sound treated and 2 rows of HT seating, a projection HDTV of close to 100" of screen.
