Ive demo'd Godfather today!! OMG! its so loud and punchy bass.. Also its so beast.. My wife looked at me amazingly and said oh yea its for you!! However i would like to hear your opinion.

The Godfather looks pretty cool. Not sure I would want a sub that looks like a coffie or end table though. Someone might spill their drink on it. LOL.

Yeah, that shiz wouldn't compliment anything in my almost-completely-original 60's mod living room.

My Eames Lounge knockoff wouldn't jive with that 80's looking shark-tooth anywhere close to it.

The second one though; the black bass sausage... I could live with that b!tch tucked behind a corner floor lamp...

Well a 15" driver, 1000w amp and weighing 222 lbs is interesting but they left out a critical piece of info, the lower freq range.

Never heard of them so that would make me shy away.

SVS is an extremly good sub and is well known.

Oh yeah the GF would be a tough sub to place in a lot rooms with its wierd shape.

Surprised none of the monster bashers have jumped in...or perhaps people don't know who makes this beast.

Back when I sold electronics our buyer said the thing was a beast, comparable to a high end SVS. I was considering one at ~1500 but ended up getting a great deal on a SVS PB2+ instead.

want my money worth because my wife is hearing... she doesnt care about sound but i do when im paying over 1000 dollars... I would like for my hearing visitor to enjoy listening when invited for movie night.

I aint carptenter, i cant do diy.. Dont have tools or experience.

Buy sub is easier for me, DIY subs looks interesting project but not for me.. plus i think buy subs are easier to replace in the future.
