    Default Damaged RM-2300

I dropped one of my RM-2300s and it has quit outputting sound. I'm sure that something is loose. I would like to try to fix it myself, but I can't determine how to open it up. All I can do is remove the grill. How does the unit come apart?

    Thanks

    Hello,
After the grille is removed there will be small rubber cups that the grille pins fit into. These are called "catch cups", use needle nose pliers to remove all of the catch cups and you'll see screws. Once these are removed the front baffle will come away from the rest of the enclosure.

No problem, if you need parts telephone 1-800-377-7655 and mention the Club Polk membership for discount price on parts and free ground shipping.
