    Default Polk customer Service

    I had an accident a week back and did a number on 1 of the cabinet's of my FXiA 6's :( Sent an email in to Polk and got a reply from Helen who was VERY helpfull and directed me to our local Polk rep Walter here in Acton, Ont who got me squared away instantly! Long story short: a new cabinet is being shipped right to my door! :D

    Doesnt suprise me I dont think I have heard 1 negative comment about polk cs. My 2 experiences with polk cs was very positive they went above and beyond what I was expecting.

    Ok, I already know Polk CS kicks ass....I have dealt with them on numerous occasions for myself and friends...always an A+ interaction.

    Now, having said that....Did you trash an enclosure on one of your speakers and polk is picking up the tab and sending you a new enclosure for free. ???

    Or are you paying for the enclosure, and just commending them on the fast service. ??
