New alt,cap,or battery? please help

alright so my birthday is in 10 days and my folks said they would hook me up with something for my system. Problem is is i dont no what i need haha may sound stupid but read me out. Ok so im running 2 Pioneer premier spl`s a 3000 watt premier amp, and a 3 farad cap. Sorta new to car audio so dont wreck me to bad. Ok so i got my system in a 1994 Ford Ranger. It HITS HARD. Now for my problem this is my best guess when i have the subs slappin almost always they will cut out and sort of make like a crackle noise. from here i quickyl turn the volume down rev it up a bit battery recharges then the subs kick back in. Now i am not sure whether I need a new alt,battery,or farad cap. Now to me it sounds like a new alt and battery but want other people oppinion who really no what there talking about. Hit me up and please i wanna try to get this info before my Birthday THanks for the help :)

for that kind of drain a Optima yellow-top battery and a higher amp alt, IMO also make sure your power wires are sufficient and welcome!
