    good point. i could use backups, but it's not worth the drive for me.

    If the posting is down, for anyone interested, they were Monitor 5B's with sl2000's that appeared to be in great shape, were stated as being perfect functionally, and were up for 40 bucks.

    Yeah, they are in perfect sonic condition. Great speakers :-).

    Well, correction, they sound great on my system. I need to find my buddy an amp for them.
