    Default Wish me luck!

So, I have a big day tomorrow. I am very close to finishing my Master's Degree in Music Education. I finished my thesis and it's printed, and tomorrow I have my graduate orals. I must speak for 15 minutes without notes on a number of topics, then am grilled for 10 minutes. Then I speak for 20 minutes on my thesis, and finish off with 10-20 minutes of questions from four years of coursework. I've been studying for about 3 weeks now, and am almost ready. Send some good thoughts my way!

    James

Good for you and I hope you do real well. Best wishes and please keep us informed on how great you were.
I used to speak in front of small groups of my peers, managers and principals on a quarterly basis. It takes a flair and a self confidence in my opinion and when I practiced in front of a friend, broad I was banging or even a mirror it helped a lot. Ole Slick Willy had a swagger about him and he was a great speaker. Hell, you know this already.
    Good luck and best wishes.

I'm a singer, so I'm used to being in front of groups making an ass out of myself. It's the content that is troubling. I feel ready, so now it's just waiting for tomorrow! Thanks for the good wishes!

I did both my undergrad and graduate programs at a school in Princeton called Westminster Choir College. Not well known in the non music world but quite well known inside the music world. I'm going to start the party now. Ciao for now.

If they ask what is the greatest rock riff ever played? Answer Ted Nugent's Stranglehold. If they disagree.... well they won't so you should be ok :D
