Any Deadhead here interested?

So what's the job? Smoke a lot of pot and listen to the same meandering jam-band music for hours on end?
Ther'es a reason Deadheads are also potheads, it's the only way to tolerate the majority of that "music."
If you will it, dude, it is no dream.
Shouldn't really call them a band. Most of the time the songs sound like the "musicians" ain't even playing the same song.
Of course, they are still better than rap.
Do you actually have to listen to the music? No thanks.
Sorry, but it seems to me that this would be just another DEAD end job, so no thanks.:p

I was a Deadhead in the late 80's an early 90's that is how I got my user name. They played in Hampton VA as the Warlocks. Traveled to any nearby place when they toured. 20 years and 4 kids later, I try to liten to the Dead Channel on XM, but very few songs hold my interest. They were an awesome band, but you really need to be in a certain "mood" to truely enjoy their music. Unfortunately, I haven't been in that mood for about 20 years! It sucks getting old an responsible. Some of the best times of my life (I think), but now they are distant memories. Long live the Dead!!!
I agree with Paul Green (you know, founder of The School Of Rock), who said of the Dead, "They suck, but I kind of like them." I still enjoy listening to the studio and more cohesive live versions of their music when the mood strikes (nothing stronger than Scotch), but I would go postal in that job.
Can't help but wonder what the perks are.......
