Remote Door Lock

My sister has MS., and just moved into a handicapped accessible apartment. She has the use of only one arm and spends most of her time in bed or in a motorized wheelchair.

She needs to remotely lock and unlock the front door, and to figure out a way for her to see and hear who's at the door. The challenge is to do all this with wireless.

Any suggestions.
