Pioneer Elite AVR VSX21 vs. VSX23

The only notable difference I can find is that the VSX23 has 5 hdmi inputs and the VSX21 has 4. The VSX23 costs about $200 more than the 21. Can anyone justify paying 200 more for the 23??? I might be missing other differences but the hdmi is all I could find. Anyone out there have either one?

VSX-23TXH has multi-channel PQLS for audio, 3-zone A/V distribution, 5 HDMI inputs (including 1 front panel input), and 2 HDMI outputs.

VSX-21TXH has 2-channel PQLS for audio, 2-zone A/V distribution, 4 HDMI Inputs, and 1 HDMI outputs

As I understand it, the PQLS (Precision Quartz Lock System) multichannel only works if you use a Pioneer Elite BDP-23FD Blu-Ray player. With other Pioneer Blu-Ray players it is only for 2 channel.

The front HDMI input is convenient if you have a camera or camcorder with an HDMI output.
