I bought my wife a Tiffany necklace on the 22 Dec 2009. Paid for it the following day. Yes I know the holidays can slow down the postal service but I have yet to receive the item I paid for. I email the seller 2 days ago asking if there was a way she could look up the location of our item. She has yet to reply. Any of our previous email were answered right away. I also noticed she is no longer selling anything. How much longer should I give the seller before taking it to the next step? and asking for a refund/ the item was paid through PP.
The item was coming from Cali and she told me it was shipped the week that I paid for it. I know customs can take long...but it's never taken this long for anything I've purchased either through EBay or CP....and no she didn't get a tracking number. GRRRRRRRRR!
