    Default High Gain Amplifier Design

This is for you electronics experts / DIY'ers:

I'm trying to build something like the following using 741 Op Amps and a 12V power supply that we have here in the lab.

The requirements for the circuit are the following:
    a) Vout = 25V1+10V2+5V2-10V4.
    b) All op amps must be powered by a +/-12V power supply
    c) V1 = +0.1V, V2 = +0.2V, V3 = -0.5V, V4 = +0.2V

Would this circuit work? What kind of output should I be expecting and how to get as high a gain as possible given the above constraints? Thanks in advance!

Why don't you simulate your circuit with MultiSim? Is the Vin are all AC signal? Did you draw the circuit or the circuit is given? V4 value is given but not seen in your circuit. V3 is used in your circuit but not in the Vout equation. Of coz, you can do simple math to figure out V3 from V4 but why? Is this school question or having some fun for Snowy Day or just some Project?

I would, just don't have access to a *licensed* copy and the lab (PC's have MultiSim/Spice) is closed.

    It's a school project.

Since V3 is negative value. I believe all Vin involves are DC? Is that circuit diagram given to you? Do you need to figure out the gain structure and resistors values for the highest possible gain within Vs-/Vs+ limits?

Yep. Basically that's the given circuit and you need to figure out the gain structure and resistor values.

Any resistor values given in the original circuit? The Vin pins are named exactly as in the original circuit? Can you post the Original Circuit without any values filled in?
Trying out Different Audio Cables is a Religious Affair. You don't discuss it with anyone.

The original circuit is the bottom half of the picture in the first post.
