Opinions on sony TA-N33OES power amp please

This amp is available, also known as TA-N55ES.
first, does it have a common ground? There are some good shots on TVK of the insides and out. It pushes 135 WPC into 6 ohms. I am trying to drive CRS+.
Also, opinions on the quality would be very much appreciated.
Oh, and it is a looker too! IMO

Sony amps, well Sony gear in general has the typical Japanese sound, which I would describe as analytical with a tilt up on the high end. If that's your thing, then you'll be happy.
