Default Resources for identifying unknown music?

I was wondering if there's a music database (kinda like CDDB) that can ID a song by the sound of it. I know about typing lyrics into Google, but this particular song is kinda like yodel/scat, so the lyrics are pretty nonsensical (it may be real words, but in Dutch or something, since the site is in Dutch) either way I don't know what they are. I was "stumbling" (stumbleupon.com) in the "humor" category the other night and came across a stupid little video of Hitler that had been looped to make it look like he was dancing. The video wasn't very entertaining, but I thought the music was really cool, and would love to find it (and perhaps others by this, or similar artists) but I have no idea where to start. I considered posting the URL, but since Hitler is a pretty offensive person to many people, I wasn't sure if that was such a great idea... So, does anyone know of such a program/site?

Wow, so my son comes in and says to me "your phone can do that" and I said, "no way, not for something like that". He says "bet me", so I do... and lose! Anyway, I DL an app called Shazam (free in app store) and it found it! So I guess I can say Shazam is a good app, even for something foreign, and obscure (to me anyway)
