    Great to hear it might be a good year for you. From what I have seen here it should be an awesome year;).Man I can't afford to move, let alone buy a house. I've done a little spending that I should not have done, and it might come back to bite me in the ass. Still looking for a job(it's been about year now). Keep us posted on how things are going with that lovely lady friend of yours. Just make sure to take it slow man, no need to jump right into things.
