Question Searching For Some Better Wire

Hey you guys,

Someone out there lives by the wire, I'm not sure whom it was.
I hope he reads this. I have the regular Monster Cable on all the
speakers. Was thinking of moving up to Monster Z2R ML 10/10 for
the front and Z1 MT 15/15 for the rear. Is it worth the investment or should I leave it alone? Right now, I'm not looking to spend over $150. for a pair. Let's talk wire boys.

I'm the wire guy.
If you have read any of my wire posts, wire makes as much difference as changing out an amp or adding a better source.

If your looking to upgrade in just Monster,Id also check out the other brands on the market for the same amount of money you want to spend.

I'm not sure about your price point.....Lets start out wiht what kind of gear you own, speakers and sources..and I can guide you into a matching price point.

You can waste money on cables that far exceed the equipment.
Wire is also a personal experience,I cn't tell you what 2 buy but I can guide you down the right road.

Give me details of your system and we can go from there.

CS 245i
FX 300i

Was looking to get a Carver TX35 (250X2) not sure about the
model number on Friday. was thinking about using it with the Rt's
until I can get the LSi 15's. Trying to build a seperate two channel

If your going to step up into the Lsi 15's???Then I have just the wire for you.......Transparent..there is no other....and yes I can say that I truely believe in there products..no bullshit .
If your building a 2 channel system and want the max out of it..look no further....they are not cheap by no means but the LSI 15's deserve really good wire...just like amps...pre...sources ..then those babies wake up and really sing.........
If you want wire for the rt1000p's.........Monster M1.4s bi wire cables are real good and the best wire I'd run to them.
There is alot of other good wire out there like Nortist,Kimber cable......But nothing like Transparent...
Here is the level you should invest your cash in.....
Music link interconnects
Musicwave bi wires..
These are the wires I will be running on my entire new system.....Rotel and Lsi

Sorry,
you need to go hear some cables at your local stores so you can hear the difference instead of reading about it..spec's and such..the ears don't lie..Transparent changes the sound so much over all other cables I have ever heard and the list is long.

Ask me anything you want about wire and I will tell you about my experiences with them and brands..etc.....wire is fun

Gotta go for awhile I got LORD OF THE RINGS today and I want to go watch it,....i'll be back after the movie....

Thanks

I need to know where I can find them on line. They will lead me to
a dealer in Atlanta. I'll be in touch.

upgrading from Monster this to Monster that. i wouldn't think you'd hear much difference. try your current Monsters against other brands out there. Try IXOS for instance.. same high quailty build as Monsters, but for about half to 3/4 the price. Only problem is they are some times hard to find. good luck.
