well friend -- polk audio reccomends a 0.88 cubic foot enclosure...

now 0.88 cubic foot = 24 liters

21 liters = 0.78 cubic feet.. (approximately.)

i would build a 24 liter box if i were you.

use 3/4 inch Medium Density Fiberboard / or Particle Board / or Birch Plywood.

Caulk all interior seams with 100% silicone caulk.

use 1.5 inch drywall screws (about 6 centimeter).
