what kinda box?

I just got two polk GXR for x-mass. What kinda bow hould i put them in. I'm building it myself. I have a 1000w 2 channel amp.

well.. i've heard gxr 10's in . 75 cube pre fabbed boxes -- spec is 0.65 to 1.25.... i'd do .7 - 0.8 with a like 1/4 - 1/2 lb polyfill.

if its the 12 -- do like 1.0 - 1.2 with 1/2+ poly.

u wont need 500 to each sub.... rms is 165 -- they'll prolly take 150ish each.

do a sealed box -- best sound quality -- u can do ported, but it wont be as accurate and it'll have to be a bigger box, in which case u gotta talk to somebody else for a design, i'm a sealed guy.
