four Polk 4x6's
one Polk 10"
One amp for sub
Face of your choice.

I put this into a 1987 Porsche 944 (total cost was 1100) and it hits pterry hard. You can definatly drown out any outside noise with it (I am running a kenwood excelon face kcd-x659) Donm't underestimate the 4x6's either they are plenty loud (105 watt max)

happy hunting

depends if u want 1,000 ebay money or 1,000 retail money.

retail -->
----------
head: Pioneer DEH 4500 MP (220)
speakers: Polk EXIII components up front (220) and EX III coaxials rear (100 - 150)
sub: JBL GT10 or GT12 (two for 140 / 150)
amp(s): MTX 8302 (350)

TOTAL = $1090 ... buy that same thing on ebay and u're lookin at like $700.

ebay -->
-----------
head: Alpine 7863/64 (175)
speakers: Polk MM6 components (150) front // polk DX coax rear (25 - 75)
sub: Polk Momo 12" (150) [ or two of the JBL GT12's / MTX 6000 12"]
amps(s): MTX 8302 [for the sub] (200) and MTX 204 /4244 for the highs (150-175) OR the Alpine MRV-F540 (300)

TOTAL = $925 - 1050 ...retail cost --> $1,550 - 1,750

keep in mind that in addition to your "parts" you're gonna need money for patch cables ( 75 bucks at least ) as well as money for power wire and speaker wire (75 - 100)... and a box for the subwoofer(s) (45 - 90 dollars). so add like 250+ to each of the above.

thomas u'd run a Max off a 600.1?????

and to think i've been sitting here wondering if i shud sell my two 81000d's for two 1200.1's so that all my amps would be the same MFG and i'd make like 200 bucks in the process.

600? will the speaker move with 600? lol

JBL 600.1 will do about 700-750.. very underated ...like the 1200.1 runs @ 1400

They are dirty amps though. I'm still not a sinker with the class D- some are dirtier then others...some more efficient then others..

and yes.. all you need is about 600-700 to get the IDmax going.. course..you could always put another 600.1 to it ;0)

Had to keep it close to 1000
